LA Fitness Club, Complaint - Bad Management - Fitness Club

Review by Palmetto on 2005-10-06
SOUTH FLORIDA, FLORIDA -- I attend LA Fitness Club in South Florida, and think some managers need to improve how they handle their customers complaints.
if you complain about machines out of order, they "think" you are just a problem person, they don't seem to care if you are upset because they are no the "owners" If anyone knows how to contact the CEO of La Fitness Club, please publish it. I am sure he/she cares and wants the best for the company.

The LA Fitness Club in Hanover Park IL is kept too hot inside. It is warm and muggy, and when on the treadmills sometimes you feel like you can't breathe. People sweat before they even start to work out. And there are no fans. My friend in California said her LA Fitness is the same way, and we are both quitting because of it. Management is very nice, but says there is nothing they can do, that 'corporate' controls that. I called 'corporate', and they laughed and said 'no such thing'. Don't join this club unless you don't mind sweltering hot workout conditions.
