Shoes and Orthotics - Complaint

SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA -- Buyers beware, do not deal with this company. It feels like the more you deal with them the more money you waste. I have been dealing with this company for about a year now. They claim that their staff is well trained and know what they are talking about, and that is false. They think they could diagnose all feet problems with only one product. I tried their so called orthotics, they did not work. When I tried to get my $600 back they informed me that they don't refund money. That's when my problems started. You see, they carry few shoe brands and models, but they are hardly helpful for people with feet problems. When you try to get a different shoe model made by a company that they deal with, they charge you a special order fee, and then if the shoes don't fit, they refuse to exchange them. They are basically stealing your money and I am considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

You're probably better off dealing with the supplier directly if possible.
