T-Mobile Wireless Phone Service - Complaint
While yes, it true that most reviews come from upset customers. I felt this was an experience that I have given T-Mobile over time to fix and felt consumers need to be aware of what they are potentially getting themselves into. Yes I am upset but feel that I gave T-Mobile a good 8 year to listen. So this note is to let everyone know of my experience. I am Extremely disatisfied with T-Moblie customer service! I've been with T-Mobile for 8 years and over the course of the years the customer service just dropped their service mentality and refuse to offer satisfactory customer service. Calls regarding general service, concerns of billing, suggestions on handling customer care, customer retention, are handled poorley or not being heard either from first point contact to management. It seems there are no standard procedure in handling customer service. Leaving loyal customers RUNNING as fast as they can to get out! Calling T-Mobile customer care? Stop don't call, you'll be insulted at the end of the call cause they don't offer any solutions. Keep your money don't give it to T-Mobile. Avoid paying them any extra even a penny. They are so quick on asking you to resign a 2 year contract but wait they haven't fixed the underlying issue you previously called asking, they seem intent on wasting customers' time, while pulling as many more dollars out of our pocket over time. T-Mobile you seem to think it's somehow ok, to deliver unsatisfactory service once your customes are stuck in a contract. Customers beware...don't waste your time or money with T-Mobile there are many other wireless phone carriers out there!
