Prime Toyota - Bad Service/Misrepresentation
Sales - Complaint
BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS -- I went into the dealership on Sunday 2/19 to purchase a car. I got a sales man who went through this flip chart regarding how Ernie [snip] holds them to standards of high customer service and one is that you are not sitting in the dealership all day. I got there at 1PM and had to leave at 4. I had to tell them I couldn't sit around all day. I heard one of the managers say that they were not going to get a response from the bank until Monday or Tuesday. They could have said that 3 hours prior.
I had a call from the salesman on 2/20 saying it was approved but they needed one more thing and I could pickup the car on 2/21. Well here I am 4PM on 2/21, after me making 4 calls to them to try to get some type of answer. I feel that the they don't care too much about their customers unless you have A+ credit.
