MANHATTAN, KANSAS -- The service I was given, and I tried to file a complaint the reply I received from Ray we will try to improve, if that's the company's policy that's OK there are other hardware stores.

What exactly about the service you did (or didn't) receive is your complaint about? If they sent you a letter stating they would try to improve, that is better than being completely ignored. An included apology would have been nice, too.
