Ashley Furniture Complaint - Poor service, quality and Management
JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA -- We ordered an Armoire, an expensive one, and about 6 weeks later, it actually arrived. Two very sweaty, smelly men delivered it, with their sweat DRIPPING onto the top of my newly purchased piece. The piece came out of their truck, UNCOVERED and dirty. They never assembled it, like we had paid for, the door latches were damaged, glue on the front, a big stain flaw on the top, and best of all a cracked door. Over 2 months later, I am still waiting for this situation to be solved. Customer Service seems to have no clue about what is going on, no one ever calls me back, and they refuse to take the piece back and give me a refund......any suggestions?
