MARIETTA, GEORGIA -- Used The Home Depot carpet installation in a rental house. Took over three weeks. Slow!!! The carpet we installed was defective. It had lines in it. The installer would do nothing. Of course it was a Friday and the person to handle this was out today and won't be in all weekend. This could take forever to fix. Do Not Use Home Depot for Carpet..

I was in the cpt business for many yrs. I've posted this many times but HD is good on some things but NEVER on installed products. You pay a small fortune for your 'free' install or whatever and the communication when there are issues is beyone belief which you now understand.
