Riverchase Kia - Refuses to call back
Refund from extended warranty - Complaint
PELHAM, ALABAMA -- We traded our 2010 Kia Sedona minivan on January 2, 2012 and contacted the dealership regarding a warranty refund. They insisted we had to be present in the dealership to obtain any information regarding a warranty refund. We presented in the dealership on January 4, 2012. Paperwork was completed for the warranty refund. I called the warranty company and they stated the refund check would be release to the dealership at the end of the month. I have attemped 3 phone calls to the dealership with 0 return calls back. Riverchase Kia does not live up to the customer services expectations that their website lists.
