TUCSON, ARIZONA -- Our staff has just spent four hours again trying to print a brochure. The ability to print a brochure and have it stapled was one of the reasons we bought this brand and this unit. I suppose the copier will do it but we have not had the service and support from this company to enable us to do so. I am just upset that we went from a reliable vendor pacific automation to the fruth group who is just not a service orientated business. We have had several issues without satisfactory resolution.

You might try to see if you can talk to Charles Fruth, the owner, or Vicki Rush, the agent who incorporated the company in California (entity #c2406421). Probably the easiest solution would be to take your business back to the previous vendor since you indicate they gave you reliable service.
