Suddenlink - Worst service EVER
Cable, Internet, Customer Service - Complaint
PFLUGERVILLE, TEXAS -- I have endured Suddenlink's terrible service ever since I moved into my current home, and only because they provide the fastest internet + cable package in my specific location.
Now here is what I have had to endure..
DVRs that apparently are ALL refurbished endlessly and crap out at completely random times, (which they solve by giving you another crappy DVR!!) technicians provide absolutely NO lasting solution to any cable service problems, (because there is always another one) billing associates who supposedly make 'adjustements' to your monthly bill based on the poor service you receive LITERALLY LIE ABOUT IT TO YOUR FACE (yes I went in person to a Suddenlink facility) and leave the bill exactly how it was, and finally.. employees and managers in the customer service department actually FAIL to comprehend the logic behind customer service, sticking only to policy which falls woefully short of satisfying ANY customer service needs. Higher-ups on down will ALL give you the run around, preaching policy and never providing actual customer service.
Maybe I am the idiot for using Suddenlink, but the only other service option hasn't established themselves in my specific location yet. A fact which Suddenlink clearly uses to their advantage! If you have a choice, DO NOT USE SUDDENLINK!!
