Hydroxatone - could not use the product because it broke my face out they refuse to cancel my orders and are still charging my credit card

JERSEY CITY, ILLINOIS -- After I received the product I tried it and it broke my face out the next day. I then emailed the company and called them to let them know I could not use the product anymore and to stop sending me products. they did not listen and still sent me product today which I am sending a total of four back. but then continue to charge my credit card and refuse to refund any money back to my credit card. How can this company get away with stealing peoples money and charging their credit cards for a product they can not use and do not want, Someone needs to stop them now!

Unfortunately, thats what these autoship programs do. They tend to get you into a contract thats very hard to get out of. Then you are stuck. If i were you i would try to dispute the charges with your credit card. Or you may have to cancel your card.

I had the same problem with Proactive, it made my face break out even worse so I had to stop using it. I tried cancelling with them, and for some reason they kept charging me AND sending the product. So after 2 times of that, I eventually had to cancel my mastercard/debit card and get a new one just so it would stop. I learned my lesson and will never purchase anything that has to do with autoshipping again.

As soon as you see the term "Risk Free" used in any ad you should be on notice that there is a very good chance this will not be a good experience.

As soon as you see "Risk Free" know that it really means "Auto Ship" and you will receive it once a month.

I mailed the first one back immediately..you have 10 days from receipt...that's how you have to cancel..you can't keep it and mail 4 back at one time..that's 4 months worth
