Samuel Dodge and Chyrsler - 2010 Dodge Nitro
Ignition, Head lights, windshield wipers, and gear stick problems - Complaint
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- Ive purchased a brand new 2010 Dodge nitro off the lot from Samuel Dodge and Chyrsler in Houston, TX off 610 West Freeway. My vehicle stalled out on me 4 times since it was purchased. Bought the Dodge in the month of July 2010 & 9 months not even a year that when I turned my vehicle on I could not switch the gear from out of park. My Jeep would not go into drive are reverse and the windshield wipers on there own going fast back and forth and the heaflights cut on on themselves and the dashboard was completelty black to where you could not tell how much gas you had in your vehicle an you could not see you mileage are vehicle problem indiclators. When I contacted the dealership I had a tough time getting a tow truck driver to come get me. I was treated wth the upmost highest disrespect from Dodge employees. I was told that they where not going to give me a renter car because I should of gotten a extended warranty on my 2010 nitro even though I was and still is up under a 36,000 mile / 3 year warranty. After the first stalling it happen a second time in Sept. 2011, 3rd time Dec. 2011, & now 4th tme this month Feb. 2012. The employees made it out to be my faught and stated that they have not been having problems with Dodge and Chrysler vehicles so what am I doing. How so disrespectful of the shop off of 610 West in Houston, Tx. I do not recommend know one to buy this vehicle are have any dealings with the customer service because they are unprofessional and inconsiderate of people who helped give them a good amount of commission money. you receive a pat on the back and thanks for your money but when you have a problem with a one year old new Jeep and its still under warranty Dodge company do not want to have anything to do with you. Sad very sad case.
