Council Travel Complaint - Oversold a Eurail Pass

UNITED STATES -- Council Travel took advantage of my lack of international traveling experience and deliberately oversold a Eurail Pass to me knowing I couldn't get my money refunded upon return to the US.

I told the agent (Lewis) my itinerary for 2 weeks of travel for 2 people. He told me I would need a 10-day Eurail Pass. I told him that sounded like a lot of travel days, but I trusted that he knew how the Passes worked. I ended up buying an 8-day Pass. After returning from Europe, we only used 4 days of our pass. I contacted the company, trying to speak with a manager but they wouldn't let me. They refused to listen to my complaint and needless to say, did not refund my money.

I lost $350 because the agent either did not know the product he was selling or, more appropriately, he was trying to boost his sales by overselling travel days and was completely aware I would not get any money refunded.
