WARRENVILLE, ILLINOIS -- On Tuesday Feb 21st I stopped for a quick supper on my way to another meeting. I seem to have challenges with the microphones at most drive thru's because the person on the other end doesn't speak up. Well, this was not the case at this stop. Nancy answered my call for my order in a clear loud voice. She spoke distinctly and made my ordering a much more enjoyable experience. When I mentioned that I appreciated her understandability, she was extremely pleased and I felt it was necessary to let Corporate McDonalds know.
This may seem to be a small thing to most, but to me it is huge. You have no idea how annoying it is to constantly repeat yourself and then not understand the person on the other end. Nancy is doing a great job, and I wanted to say "Thanks so much"
