EAST STROUDSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA -- In October I went on a cruise on The Pearl, NCL line. I bought a week's pass in their Spa and got very sick. Upon coming home I was put in the hospital for one week with a rare form of phenomia. So rare, that you catch it if you have Aids, work in a hospital or have gone in a Whirlpool. NO AIDS< NO employment in a hospital!

Two days, there was dried blood on the spa ceramic tiles and no one cleaned it after bringing it to their attention.

Now, no one will take responsibility on who cleans the spa, the ship or the Spa owners! This happened in October and still no one returns my letters or calls!

You might have to get a lawyer to get this taken care of.

I agree with clutzy.
That sounds pretty awful. I've been on 3 cruises and after seeing and hearing about what goes on in those jacuzzi's and spa tubs, I always steer clear of them. The worst was on a Norwegian cruise out of Boston (to Bermuda)and seeing a parent let their toddler child into the pool side adult jacuzzi with a poopy diaper! Yeah you never know what could be floating around in those things.
