HTC - Rate an HTC

USA, CALIFORNIA -- I am so sorry that I don't really know where or which website I can actually come in to rate for my phone, or my phone service.

I like my HTC, but sometimes I hate it because it occasionally has a frozen screen. When I called T-Mobile, they just told me to remove the battery, put it back and turn it back on. So, every time that happened, I have to remove the battery and turn it back on. Therefore, there are some features T-Mobile has never fixed them. The Skyfire software has never worked. Also, the option under the text message does not seem to work well either_I can't block out the advertisements. Moreover, every time I ran the mobile backup icon, it seems to ruins my phone book. Called T-Mobile, their people don't know what to do. Representatives at T-Mobile don't know how to fix it. It's very poor.

What do you do with this service? How do you deal with such problem?

Thank you for your concern.

Tony

A good place to post a review about your HTC phone would be phonescoop.com, you are able to go to an info page about your phone and post your experiences with it as well as give it a 1-5 star rating. Also, the issues you are experiencing are not glitches known by T-Mobile that they are refusing to fix.. They are glitches most likely known by the manufacturer, HTC, and may be able to be remedied by an over the air update if enough people complain about it. T-Mobile is unable to push OTA software patches to your phone because they did not produce the phone, they just provide you with service. I personally have T-mobile and have great service and a great HTC Radar that is not glitchy and I never have to pull my battery.. My phone is, however, running Windows Phone software and I am guessing your phone runs Android.. Locking up of the screen is common on some Android run phones with slower processors. I recommend that if you have an upgrade soon, to spend a little extra money and get a higher end phone.. You'll be much happier.
