HTC - Rate an HTC
USA, CALIFORNIA -- I am so sorry that I don't really know where or which website I can actually come in to rate for my phone, or my phone service.
I like my HTC, but sometimes I hate it because it occasionally has a frozen screen. When I called T-Mobile, they just told me to remove the battery, put it back and turn it back on. So, every time that happened, I have to remove the battery and turn it back on. Therefore, there are some features T-Mobile has never fixed them. The Skyfire software has never worked. Also, the option under the text message does not seem to work well either_I can't block out the advertisements. Moreover, every time I ran the mobile backup icon, it seems to ruins my phone book. Called T-Mobile, their people don't know what to do. Representatives at T-Mobile don't know how to fix it. It's very poor.
What do you do with this service? How do you deal with such problem?
