JC Penney Online - NO ORDER

I placed an order with JC Penney on line and receive a confirmation email stating they received the order. I waited over one week because it said it would take seven days for the item to be shipped. I called them back and they stated they couldn't even find my order number and I sat on hold and they were "going to take care" of it and have it sent and call me back and let me know the status of my order. They never called me back and let me know the status and when I called back today they still hadn't taken care of the matter and have my order shipped. This was a gift that is already over a week and a half late.
