IHOP - Poor Costumer Service
MIAMI, FLORIDA -- So I was at IHOP this morning and I asked one of the waiters if it was possible to take to-go the short stack of pancakes they were giving out free. He told me he was going to go find out with the manager. He never came back, but instead went to serve some other people. Then, I asked the same question to two other waitresses only to get the same response. Finally, the manager showed up asking me if I had ordered already. I explained that I had been waiting for 20 minutes and just wanted to know if I could take the order to go. He then explained the donation to the Children's Miracle Network (Which I knew about already) and then ignored the order too. He later explained that he thought I had order already and proceeded to have a discussion with a waitress about the to-go situation in my face and the waitress didn't even move to get my order. Overall, really bad service. I was really happy that they were doing something nice for charity, but it turned out to be a really bad experience.
