Delivery - Complaint
BENTONVILLE, ARKANSAS -- I ordered two large pizzas, breadsticks, and a 2 liter. Upon delivery my 2 liter was missing. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. All I told him at first was to please make sure they double check their delivery orders and if need be triple check them. I know people make mistakes but when I'm ordering two or more times a week from you mistakes should not be made. He gave me an attitude and told me I was complaining for nothing and it was no big deal. I agree that it was no big deal but number 1 I was making a suggestion. Number 2 I spend more money there than any one else considering the fact that I order two to three times a week. Number 3 I'm the customer everything a customer has to say IS a BIG DEAL.
The manager was a total [snip]. If you call to complain or to simply make a suggestion, don't. Because you will always be in the wrong for doing so. The customer is always wrong according to him. And anything you have to say is not relevant and stupid.
