Pizza Hut - Pizza Customer Service
LA, CALIFORNIA -- Ordered a pizza at 8:30pm and pizza was delivered with not all the toppings. When called back worker ask if pizza had been eaten and said would take another 30 minutes and would not give me a free anything. Person who answered my call was rude and don't need to work for a company that gets there business from us people who support their business. This is not the first time ive had a bad experience with pizza hut. Once second pizza was delivered it was thick crust and I ordered thin crust. Called back then she gave me credit for another time and the second pizza delivered had no meat on one side so I had to eat a pizza with cheese and pepperoni she looked in the system and found the first order and still got it wrong. Man i'm so pissed cause I don't even like pizza I ordered the pizza for my son. The person working the phones is so busy she couldn't handle the volume of calls coming in. Need more help or business will twiddle down to nothing. Guess that's why there's no customer compliant number on your boxes. Better customer service is needed.
