Directv - Overcharge and wrongful use of credit card information

CAROL STREAM, ILLINOIS -- DirecTV promised me TV service for a price of $85 per month w/tax. I got the service for 3 months at that price, then was billed $131 for the 4th month. I was told that I was supposed to have filled out some paper and return it in order to keep it at that price. I argued with several people at direcTV but got no satisfaction. I told them to cancel the service on the 28th of the month as that was the end of one months service. They turned off my service on the 15th of the month.
When I got the bill they have charged me for the whole month. Almost half a month over charge. About one week later, I got a letter/bill with one full months charge plus a $400 early cancellation fee. I was told that if I did not pay the bill in full, they would take the amount from my bank with a credit card account.
I gave them no credit card information for this service. I am very displeased with direcTV"s service and attitude. I am going to see just what I can do to get all this straightened out and how to stop them from using my credit card whenever it pleases them.
