Www.google.com - Failure to Talk With a Human & Not a Machine
My G-Mail Account - Complaint
Trying to reset or change my password. I was away visiting my grandkids in Utah & tried to access my mail & couldn't. They are saying I had rest my password, but all indications it hadn't. I did not write the supposedly new one down.
Now that I am home I still can't access it. I've answered their questions but one realy ticked me off. It was suppose to ask me the security question. But instead it posted the answer on my screen. Now they are asking me for a fee to get an answer. I don't have the funds to pay for access to someone. I have repeatedly asked for a phone number to talk directly with someone & I keep getting the same window requesting a fee which I don't have. I am so frustrated with the inhumanity of only having access to a cold machine instead of a warm friendly person.
