Office Max - Charging restocking fee on defective products

CANTON, OHIO -- Bought laptop out of box blue window said shuting down because windows software defective took back next day charged a 15% restocking fee manager said once I open box I automaticaly lose restocking fee I talk to worker when bought the laptop about return never told me that & restocking is if they resale it you can't sale defective

They cannot charge you a restocking fee if the product is in fact defective. Ask for Store Manager, sounds like he's just being a douche.
