Travelocity - A cruise package gone bad
CONWAY, NEW HAMPSHIRE -- Booking the complete package with the air and tranfers went well. Then 2 weeks before sailing we were told we didn't pay enough for air. Paid the difference. We left for the airport and between transfers gone bad we missed the cruise ship in fort Lauderdale.
My husband tried for a hour to reach someone at Travelocity that could help us. No answer only passed calls and cutoffs.
Finally he called Carnival and a wondeful woman named Maria settled us down and rearranged out travel so we could meet the ship in Key West the next day.
Then returning the transfer from the cruise ship to Miami was not registered with the shuttle service.
They were great booking it but the ongoing customer service and after action help SUCKED.
We will book direct the next and will never use Travelocity and DO NOT recommend it to anyone.
