CHICAGO RIDGE, ILLINOIS -- Bought fridge on 2/17/2012. Called and cancelled order on 2/18/2012. Part because salesman had been more concerned about selling us extended warranty than explaining fridge qualities. Talked to a very rude women who keep saying they will call you with delivery time even though I was saying I want to cancel order. When she finally cancelled the order she said we would receive a refund in 7 to 10 days. Its been that and no refund. Called the store last night got the run around was transferred several times when the last women we talked to said she would have to see when the manager was in again and call us back. Guess what? SHE NEVER CALLED BACK!
