GNC - Can't get no satisfaction!

SURPRISE, ARIZONA -- I have been talking to local store and GNC customer service about a refund that should have been credited to my credit card. It was not. Customer service keeps telling me they'll work on it and have a supervisor call me back. I haven't heard a thing. The store manager is also "working on it." I'm still waiting. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. This is poor service on GNC's part.
