Direct Air - Do not buy family ties vouchers
prepaid flight tickets without selecting date - Complaint
TORONTO -- Last August we prepaid for 2 return tickets through Direct Air to be used before April 31st. Since late December I have been trying to book our flights to no avail....everything we select is not available....tried all through January and February...Cannot contact by phone (last 5 days I have called 20+ times to a message saying call back and cut off (no option to hold). I have sent 3 e-mails and still no contact. They have been running sales all winter (one on now)so sales must be good but they can't deliver the flights......horrible service ...sorry no service.
