Lowes - The good small companies that did such good installs and customer service will be no more in 30 days
Our company has been doing installs with Lowes for over 6 years. With us customer service and considerations for there time was always a first with us. Everyone that has been happy with their installs it was prob. done by a company that it was the installer's crew and or one more crew, The other unsatisfied people your installs were prob. done by someone that is part of a 50 crew company and really do not care the results because it is not their name and representative riding on how happy you are with the install. Well I have spent the past 3 days trying to take care of customers that was assigned to a company like that. Several no call no shows to the appointments.. to find out today that our contract and about 40 different area installer owned companies have been released.. they want the bigger install companies,, only one per to call. WELL IN 30 DAYS SAY GOOD BY TO ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE AT LOWES.. the "little guys" are gone. They have also stopped the sales specialist commission... you think they are going to care if the job sales or not. To add to it we found out that corp. Instructed all sales specialist and Installed sales personal that they are NOT to give any referances to any of the installers that had their contracts terminated because they were not big enough.
