I have bought several items from Liquidation.com and honestly have had no problems whatsoever. It is up to the buyer to carefully read the description and manifest prior to bidding as well as shipping charges, that can get extremely high and just not worth the cost. Salvage means salvage items. Submitted a dispute once and they got back to me 2 weeks later with an offer of a partial refund, I was missing a OS disk for a computer. Like anything else, Buyer Beware...do your research on retail cost of items before bidding..I never bid over 30% of consumer electronics nor 10% of clothing..
