Comcast Cable - Reps. Out the USA
Customer Service - Complaint
BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS -- I am a long standing "Comcast- full service" customer, yet most of the
time when I contact customer service, I seem frequently to talk to a rep. from Thailand, Philippines, India, etc. I am so angry that here I live in the USA, yet there are employees from out of the country who are taking care of my business. Why ??
There are so many people who are in need of a job in America. This so unfair! I am upset that this company allows this to take place. Stop this cruel insensitive, greedy, selfish way of dealing with your customers that deserve to be listened to, our own citizens of
our country who should be employed by you.
Shame, shame, shame on you!!!!!
