CASA GRANDE, ARIZONA -- My broadband, and internet company, who I have been with for three and half years, has billed us for an extra 46.00 dollars (and a 1.50 to sent you a bill) just because they change/moved their billing cycle up ten days. Now we have to be responsible for this. We are up to date on our billing and have always paid on time. Never been late. when we called about this bill All they can say is because they changed their billing cycle. I don't think this is fair to the consumer. We are at their mercy, and they know it. I feel they are just getting greedy. Don't know of any other company doing this. Terrible company.
