Hot Water Heater - Complaint
ILLINOIS -- Have gone AROUND and AROUND with Whirlpool CS.....doing test after test concerning our LACK of hot water from our NEW hot water heater. Finally sent a Whirlpool technician....did only part of the tests we did and of course, said NOTHING was wrong with heater!.....not big enough(50 gal) for size of our home....plumbing issues(B. S.....only 8 year old home.....previous heater went out, but has always run perfectly, plenty of hot water).....that was the extent of their reasons of problems.
We discussed this heater with Lowe's personnel when purchasing....and according to "the charts"....was very adequate for our home. So WHY can we not get thru one friggin shower without hot water running out....because the heater is a LEMON....JUNK..... To put salt on the wound, had to pay $80 for the idiot to come, money I just don't have to spare.....our SON had to purchase the heater for us.....we are victims of unemployment and these hard economic times.....
Husband called CS AGAIN after tech was here....said there was NOTHING they would do now....he is going to call every day til SOMETHING next is done....if nothing positive happens, we will contact BBB and file formal complaint. DO NOT purchase Whirlpool water heaters!.....Horrible products and CS sucks....you get nowhere with them. We are actually wondering?????.....how much do they pay off these techs for saying nothing is wrong?....could be happening????
