T-Mobile - Change contract with out asking customer
VAN NUYS, CALIFORNIA -- I have a contract w/ T-Mobile for 2 years recently I went to pay my bill and I ask to the cashier that my contract supposed to finish this year by July. But she said that they extended 12 more months because I add more minutes to my phone or my plan but went I add more minutes they never told me that they going to extended my contract. I think it's not right, not legal, that they take advantage of costumers. The cashier told me that they don't have any report of they have spoke to me about that extension. I want that my contract ends on July of this year (2012). I don't want more contract w/ T-Mobile.
