Geek Squad - Rip Off

OGDEN, UTAH -- I bought the one year service and a new $800 lap top it was suppose to fix may two old computers and clean my new one and back the files up on the new one. I live in wy. so 100 miles one way so I ask to make sure everything had been done because I lived so far away and they said oh yes we are professional and my back up disk were in the box with my new computer. Got home and nothing had been done I mean not one thing not even my back up disk. So I called they act like no big deal just bring back and they will make it right like it was no big deal. Only that it is my time wasted and gas went to a local guy and he did the work for half the price. I would never go to Geek Squad ever again.
