Airline Ticket - Complaint
THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS -- I made a reservation for a flight, and I realized I chose the wrong dates just a few minutes later. I contacted Priceline via email and phone. They said it had been taken care of. I even received a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. I kept getting emails updating me on my upcoming trip.
I called Priceline, and waited on the phone 30 minutes. They disconnected me. I called back again, and I waited another 30 minutes to get this taken care of.
Customer service is so poor. They even charged me a cancellation fee after all I went through from their error.
Priceline has much competition. USE THEM! AVOID the battles!!!!
