TracPhone Complaint - Bad Customer Service, Non Delivery of Order

MIAMI, FLORIDA -- A month ago I ordered 2 phone deals with lifetime double minutes off of TracFones website. I only got one. Activating he one phone was a nightmare. Their customer service reps try to convince you that you are wrong that it was not double minutes. Spent 4 hours over several days to get it fixed. There is apparantly a pattern of this with TracPhone as shown on a website I discovered called Bestfrauds.com. I filed complaints with the BBB, Florida Attorney General and others. So far they have cleared up part of the problem and are "seeing what they can do on the rest." The fact is, it should not be necessary for a consumer to spend several days on the phone being told he is wrong until yo get what you paid for and what was advertised. A hefty fine might change how they do business.
