Horrible..they lose everything. Do not choose them as a provider. I am sick of dealing with their incompetence. If you call customer service and complain..they hang up on you.

There are other reviews that seem to have a similar complaint-errors in ordering and customer service problems-with Medco. Appreciate your sharing your experience.
