Sears.com - Bad customer service!!!! :( Do not buy from Sears.
Online purchase and availability information. - Complaint
USA -- I submitted my order online at around midnight. In the morning I received notification that my order is ready for pickup. So I packed and left the house. I got around 30 min to Sears one way. In 15 min, store manager called me and notify me that this item is out of stock and my order has been cancelled. I did not hear any "sorry" or "i apologize for inconvenience". When I called customer service I did not received any alternate way of receiving my item. I think some kind of service recovery should be used in such circumstances. I strongly recommend to shop somewhere else to save time and frustration. Who would like to do business with company that don't care about customer when they experience service breakdown on their side.
