Hughes high speed internet service - Customer service

I thought I was getting the purchase plan when I had Hughes Net installed. When I called a couple of days later I found out I had the lease plan. I have called numerous times and no one can help me. Most are fo reign speaking and you can't hardly understand them. They want to repeat everything you have already gone over with with the last person and they won't help you. They say someone will call back. A supv was suppose to call and never did call. I have had it with this co. Verrryyyyy poor customer service

Switching is probably the best idea and it sounds like that's what you're going to do. You may want to drop a quick note to http://www.fcc.gov/complaints as well.
