Blackberry 9330 and Cell Service - Complaint
OHIO -- In November 2009 I signed up with Sprint for 2 years of service. I got 2 BlackBerry 9330curves for signing up with them 13 months into the contract my Blackberry screwed up it would boot up quit boot it self up again over and over when I got it I purchased a protective case and kept it in a cloth bag. So any why it was either pay $35.00 for a replacement phone or pay for service I couldn't use since the phone I got from them didn't even last the length of the contrat. Or pay a"CONSELATION FEE". Their cell will service drops calls which sometimes after you take 20 to30 minutes to get someone on the Phone it drops the call. I will be sitting right beside my son who has the same phone he got a signal and I don't. This may seem trivial but you would think that the Phone should last at lest as long as the contract after all you get charged a cancellation fee for a service you would not be able to use. And yet you don't have any recourse if you don"t pay it goes to a collection agency and ruins your credit although you always payed your bill in a reasonable manner.
