Verizon Wireless - 4G LG Spectrum
So, I went online to pay my Verizon wireless bill and noticed it was significantly higher than normal. Looked at my bill usage and realized I went over my minutes for that bill...oooops.
So, I call up Verizon and ask if anything can be done since I've never been over before. The gentleman said he could increase my minutes for my next cycle but he couldn't backdate it to avoid the overage charges. Wasn't happy. I mean it was almost $100 in overage charges which were definitely my fault. Still, that didn't make the pill any easier to swallow.
I was irritated and complained about the amount charged, as well as freely admit I didn't like my new LG spectrum as well. I mean I didn't and I was already irritated so might as well vent my dissatisfaction with the equipment as well. I felt my Droid X performed much better, didn't freeze and force close my programs like the LG did.
So, you know what this guy had the nerve to do? He apologized that I went over on my minutes. Then he offered to credit me $15 to my bill for MY mistake (while apologizing that he couldn't credit more). THEN, he told me my spectrum shouldn't be giving so many issues and transferred me to another representative who, now, is mailing me a new phone at zero charge. What the heck?? I tell you what, these two Verizon wireless employees treated this grumpy gal (sick too, so extra grumpy today) much better than she ever expected. Wish I knew their names but kudos Verizon Wireless for hiring these caliber of employees. Made my day.
