Sprint - Failed to Cancel Phone - Double Billed Twice
SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- If you have ever complained about poor service from India or Pakistan, complain no more. I have had 3 Sprint phones on a family plan for 18 months, then decided to drop one of the phone numbers. They continued to bill me for the third line for 3 more months. After 2 cancellation calls from myself and 1 from my daughter they finally stopped billing me for the third line. Since December 2011 I have been double billed twice on the same account. If your account is set up for auto debit, be especially careful, as I no longer believe that the double billing took place by accident. Meanwhile, I have instructed American Express to dishonor any further Sprint debits. I'll pay the $100.00 to cancel my contract and sign up with T-Mobile for half the money. Too bad I have to replace my beautiful EVO1 phone.
