SPRINGFIELD, NEW JERSEY -- I a purchased used 2007 Honda Civic Si from 21 Century Auto Group. I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the friendliest and most professional manner your sales representatives treated us. I have to admit that purchasing a car at 21 century, with sales reps such as yours was one of the most gratifying experiences I have had while ever going car shopping! Our salesperson Felix took his time with us and was patient just to be sure we got the right car for our needs. The finance department was a pleasure to deal with as well. We never felt pressured. He took us through the financial contract and extended warranty portion, which we also purchased, with expert care and professionalism. I can honestly say that the experience of purchasing a car with your dealership changed my mind about hesitating to look at other places. You have a great sales department and your attention to each customer is appreciated. Would buy here again.

It's amazing. There are several posts here each week by people who say they are satisfied customers of 21st Century. And every one is for a company this website lists as "21st Century Telecom Group".

I made a comment two days ago that it is curious that nobody ever posts a picture of their car, and now a review pops up with a picture of a car interior.

Out of curiosity, I just went to create a review for "21st Century Auto Group". You can try this yourself. Three choices popped up, the first of which was "Car dealership" and the last was "Telecom company".

It is quite a coincidence that every person (there are about two a week) that comes here chooses the telecom company. I don't know if this is a small coincidence or a large one.

21st Century must be handing out tournament-sized pool tables with their cars or something. Or maybe cordless phones.

I note that two days ago I made the observation that customers post pictures of themselves but never their cars. Today a dashboard pops up. Interesting.

Well, at least the Macy's East knocked it off after they got busted for the same thing.

We're not supposed to notice the obvious, apparently.
