KFC - 35 minute wait and then a short/incorrect order
10 pc meal - Complaint
GENEVA, ILLINOIS -- 6:47pm, Friday 3/9/12: ordered 10 pc meal, half original/half extra crispy, all breasts (paid corresponding upcharge from $19.99 to $27.39). Was told would be few extra minutes for extra crispy. No problem. 15 minutes later (and several other customer orders filled) I was told would be another 10 minutes as they were running a batch of breasts. 10 minutes later I asked for the wait time showing on bump screen - they couldn't find the order on the screen. Several more orders filled and 10 minutes later I'm handed my order (total wait: 35 minutes) with an apology but no remorse or explanation for delay. This was all from a shift leader/asst mgr - the store manager had been MIA since I saw him deal with customer before me. On arriving home, discovered only 9 breasts (after I paid upcharges) and all extra crispy. Worst KFC ever and will never see another cent of my money.
