PALO ALTO, CALIFORNIA -- 1) I tried to register my F-335 with the SN CN68NJ515Y and when I registered it, it came up to be a computer ? I took the SN number right off the bottom of the printer. There was no mistake on my part.
2)When downloading drivers and software for this product it is not very clear and when you do, nothing works.
3)I get a blinking light on no paper. So I put paper in and it grabs the paper and jams it up inside and then it stops with the paper inside. I pull the paper out and click on print and it jams another piece of paper up inside.
4)I went and removed the printer software and unplugged the printer and did everything that HP said to do to fix the problem. I shut down my computer and restarted it. The printer started to make all kinds of loud clicks and clanks and grabbed another piece of paper and jammed it up inside. You know where I would like to jam this F-335 printer ?
5)When it was working sometimes, it would print great and then sometimes it would take forever to print. It would print one line every minute or so .
6)Know I am stuck with no printer and HP 21 and HP 22 ink cartridges that I can not use .
7)If you get upset really easy, do not buy this printer.
