Avis - No customer service but they hidden charges!!!

MAYAGUEZ -- I recently rented a car from Avis at Sears in Mayagüez, they charged the deposit twice and never explained without letting me know. Because of this I now have to pay extra bank charges. They also wanted to charge $9.60 a gallon for the gas. The worst part is that they never apologized for anything and never acknowledged their mistakes.
