CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- After waiting with my niece for service for 45mins we were informed the representative would be going unavailable for the next 45mins. I understand that everyone needs breaks, but it would have been nice to known about the upcoming break before our time was wasted. After calling Take care clinic to voice my satisfaction I was dismissed because I wasn't the patient. Upon speaking with my niece they asked her if she wanted to file a complaint. Totally dismissed me! That's fine, because with their level of customer service my family nor I will never be.

How old is your niece? No one likes to wait, but if this is one of those walk-in clinics that are popping up all over, they can't really plan for who is coming in when, how long it is going to take. I think it would come with the territory in a walk in, sometimes you win and you don't have to wait and sometimes you lose and you wait for a long time.

The Take Care Clinics here have a HUGE sign showing the 30 minute lunch break time----sounds like this location should adopt the same policy.

sounds like your niece isn't a minor.

which means SHE is the one with patients' rights, and no one else.

if she doesn't want to complain ... that's her choice.

Raven - one problem with that idea. you're assuming people actually READ the signs.

i mean you clearly did but you've got common sense. not everyone has it sadly :-(
