AT&T - Difficulty using Web page
BRYANT, ARKANSAS -- I have been trying to access my A=List for several days. Their Help feature shows no hit on some pages and a dead end on other page. I may not the sharpest customer they have, but does it have to be so difficult. I have four different log-ins for my AT&T accounts, and today I was directed to create a new one. I went through the long process, at the end of which I got a message that the requested feature is not currently available - try again later.
