JEFFERSON CITY, MISSOURI -- I have been trying to get this bill straightened out for three months. I had Century Lunk for 5 days in January, I cancelled. I filled out the form on computer Confirmation # 12593. I received a bill for $200.00. I had 30 day guarantee. In cancelled within 6 days. I again called of Feb13. I spoke to Ariel in Orlanda Fla. She assured me that my next bill would be 0 Today I received a bill for $306.92. I do not know who else to call except the Missouri Public service commission and file a complaint. I would appreciate a prompt reply, and cancellation of all charges. The phone # that I cancelled with Centurl Link was 573-635-4357. I have been with Mediacom since January 16. That number is 5730616-1619

phoning does not guarantee cancellation . You need a written notice most of the time to be effective.
