Wal-Mart - P-Ons Not Getting a Fair Share
Associates - Complaint
CLARKSVILLE, TENNESSEE -- Our store just received store of the year, so now the store manager and district manager will get a "Huge" bonus of course. What about the associates who actually makes that happen, with hands on and actually working instead of sitting in the back offices, taking 2 hrs lunches. taking off early to go play golf, should I go on, on, on? That's my biggest frustration, is knowing I'm doing my job and then some. I've Been with this company going on 15 yrs, it's not about the associates anymore, it's how much money weccan give to the management for what?
I will say someone needs to look into why they get by with what they do, is it because they are a man? Well the men at our store have left the women management in charge before and we do very well, I may say. Walmart has it's good and bad points. I enjoy my job, I just hate being used and not getting my share of the deal.
I go in every morning and do 100% or more, very seldom miss work, or call in. I wish I could use two managers name in this complaint, because one will come in the morning, sit in the office, go get something to eat for break, go back to the office, go to lunch, then back to the office. So help me that's what he does for 40,50, 60,thousand a year.
Wow Walmart you are being screwed big time, if home office could see this, but I'm sure it goes on there as well.
Thanks Walmart for my 50 cents every year. Then you wonder why you can't keep good help. Sorry, Mr. Sam, if you were still here things would be different .
